The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) Division of Energy Resources is proud to be involved in a number of energy programs that improve the quality of life for all Georgians. GEFA seeks to be creative in addressing energy issues through activities such as assessing statewide energy efficiency potential, advancing alternative fuels, promoting recycling initiatives and supporting one of the nation’s most successful residential green building programs.

Operated by the Georgia Institute of Technology since 1934, the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is a highly-regarded applied research and development organization. Each day, GTRI’s science and engineering expertise is used to solve some of the toughest problems facing government and industry across the nation and around the globe.

Southface is a nonprofit organization that for more than 30 years has promoted energy-, water- and resource-efficient workplaces, homes and communities throughout the Southeast. Driven by the region’s growing need to save energy and water, and preserve our natural resources, Southface has successfully fostered unique sustainability partnerships with hundreds of business, government and nonprofit organizations.
